Beloved country star Brian “Nashville” Neil Duckworth has died. He was 56 years old. According to an obituary shared by his family members, he died “at his home” in Clarksburg, W. Va on Sept. 7 and will be laid to rest on Sept. 14 at Floral Hills Memorial Garden. A cause of death was not disclosed.
