CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns enter Day 13 of training camp, eyeing the first of two joint practices with Philadelphia, and a preseason game at week’s end. Following head coach Kevin Stefanski’s media availability at 9:30 a.m., joint practice will start at 10:00, then select players will speak with the media afterwards.
