Cowboys QB Dak Prescott told Rams owner Stan Kroenke that he expects the two teams to go head-to-head in this year's NFC title game.

INGLEWOOD, Calif. — With the Cowboys opening the preseason at SoFi Stadium against the Rams on Saturday, it brought back memories for quarterback Dak Prescott. It was 10 years ago that Prescott earned his first NFL start, in the preseason, in a 28-24 loss to the Rams.

The star quarterback made headlines following the team’s preseason opener against the Rams by boldly predicting a matchup between the two teams in the NFC Championship game this season. Despite hardly being a team reasonable pundits are picking to make the postseason, Prescott unabashedly believes Dallas is destined for greatness in 2025.
