Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin has informed the team that he is stepping down from his position. Steelers president Art Rooney II released a statement on Tuesday afternoon, thanking Tomlin for his contributions to the team.

Sullivan's first order of business is to find the head coach who will lead the team on the field. With a quarter of the league hunting for new head coaches this offseason, the Dolphins have a few significant disadvantages.
