KERR COUNTY, Texas – Kerr County officials have released the names of 117 victims from the Hill Country floods. The list includes residents from Texas and neighboring states affected by the disaster.

Most victims were Texans, but some were visiting from other states like California, Florida and Alabama. The youngest victims were 1 year old; the oldest was 91.

In those two calls Thomas slept thought, the forecast severe weather for the holiday weekend had been discussed. At that time, it was unclear where in the region would experience the most rainfall.

Almost a month after catastrophic floods in the Texas Hill Country swept away local residents, out-of-towners and summer campers in Kerr County, Texas Rangers have released the names of the 119 people who lost their lives.

William "Dub" Thomas, the Kerr County Emergency Management Director since 2015, detailed his whereabouts during the crisis.
