AUSTIN, Texas — An 18-year-old man is facing a charge of capital murder by terror threat following a shooting at Robin Bledsoe Park in Leander that resulted in a person's death. On July 31, members of the U.S. Marshals-led Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested Shaunathan Gabriel Raby in connection to the incident that occurred on July 29.
