Malia Kimbrell, the mother of 9-year-old Vivian St. Clair, spoke Thursday for the first time since her daughter was shot multiple times in the mass shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church and School in Minneapolis last week.

Malia Kimbrell, whose 9-year-old daughter is recovering from bullet wounds, asked lawmakers, "Who the hell is going to do something?"

Vivian St. Clair, 9, was shot multiple times in her back and arm during the attack that left two children dead and 21 people injured.
