Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford is 37 years old and will turn 38 in February. Not that that is old by any stretch, but what he has been able to do this year is rare at his age. Stafford continues to get better at playing football with age.

Going into Week 12, Tampa Bay has lost two games in a row, but still remains at the top of the NFC South.
