The Indianapolis Colts are just days away from their second preseason battle of the year, this time against the Green Bay Packers. After what we saw from the quarterbacks ( Anthony Richardson Sr. and Daniel Jones) against the Baltimore Ravens last Thursday, the field general situation looks to be concerning.

With the Colts just weeks away from their season opener at home against the Dolphins, their quarterback situation isn’t any clearer than it was entering training camp. Both Anthony Richardson Sr. and Daniel Jones continue to battle for the starting job, with neither emerging as a clear favorite.

As of Thursday morning, it seemed that Colts HC Shane Steichen was not all that close to naming either Richardson or Jones the team's starting quarterback.
