The Hot Rotisserie Chicken Act was introduced by Senators John Fetterman (D-PA), Jim Justice (R-WV), Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) and Michael Bennet (D-CO). The bipartisan bill would allow SNAP recipients to purchase hot rotisserie chicken with their benefits. If passed, this would be the first hot prepared food to be eligible under SNAP.
