As of early August, the diner's menu has been whittled down to five sandwiches, two sides, two pies, shakes and soft drinks, according to an Eater report. A chef at the restaurant told Eater that the menu will evolve and involve specials occasionally, but that high demand led to the decision to make the menu smaller.

Also evolving? The hours. Initially promoted as a 24/7 establishment, the Tesla Diner now operates from 6:00 a.m. until midnight, unless you’re charging or ordering from you Tesla. And there have been reports that non-Tesla owners were not allowed to charge their vehicles at the diner site.
