The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission announced Thursday that about 122,250 units of Werner ladders were recalled due to the risk of falling.

(Gray News) - Thousands of ladders sold at Home Depot are being recalled after several reported injuries from falls. About 122,250 Werner 20’ and 24’ Multi-Max Pro Multi-Purpose Ladders were recalled because of a fall hazard.

The Illinois-based company said owners of the ladders being recalled should stop using them immediately and register at www.wernerco.com/recalls to begin the process for a full refund. Once owners have properly disposed of their ladders per Werner’s instructions, the company said it will issue a check for a full refund.
