Wendell Berry, 'Peace of Wild Things' author and activist, dies at 92
Wendell Berry, the prolific novelist and agrarian activist who helped inspire the farm-to-table and modern American food movement, has died. He was 92. The Kentucky-bred author died on Monday, Aug. 31, at his home in Port Royal, Berry's daughter, Mary Berry, confirmed to The New York Times. A cause of death was not disclosed.
