Since May 21, more than 30 recalls have been issued by the Ford Motor Company, with some owners already notified through notice letters, while others are set to receive the notices soon. The recalls range in size and scope: some impact a handful of vehicles, while others include hundreds of thousands.

We reported last month that Ford Motor Co. is the most-recalled consumer car brand so far in 2025. With another big recall just announced last week, we figured we’d do a quick recap of the five biggest Ford recalls we’ve seen so far in 2025.

Ford Motor is leading the industry in recalls and filed another one this week. The automaker said it will take a $570 million charge in Q2 earnings.
