Authorities in Arlington County, Virginia, are stepping up efforts to address a rise in retail theft in the area.

Honolulu police arrested a man in connection to a stabbing at a bar on Sheridan Street on Saturday, Aug. 9 that resulted in two men getting hospitalized.
