Officials in hard-hit Kerr County, Texas, which was ravaged by flooding earlier this month, say the number of people believed to be missing has dropped from nearly 100 to three.

Ohio Task Force 1 is sending additional crews to central Texas to help with recovery efforts after devastating floods earlier this month.

The search for victims along the Guadalupe River has become a grueling, painstaking slog. Several thousand volunteers from across the country are helping.
