In a joint statement, Kerrville Mayor Joe Herring and Kerr County Judge Rob Kelly said the names were not new to their community, calling them family, friends and neighbors.

KERR COUNTY, Texas – Kerr County officials have released the names of 117 victims from the Hill Country floods. The list includes residents from Texas and neighboring states affected by the disaster.

Texas officials have revised the number of people missing in the catastrophic floods in Kerr County, Texas, from 97 people down to three on Saturday.

William "Dub" Thomas, the Kerr County Emergency Management Director since 2015, detailed his whereabouts during the crisis.

A rise of of 3-6 feet possible on North & South Forks of the Guadalupe River as well as the Guadalupe River from Hunt to Kerrville.

Officials released the names of 117 victims from the devastating Fourth of July floods in Kerr County. Two people remain missing, including Jeff Ramsey, 63, of Lewisville. His wife, Tanya, was among the deceased.

Most victims were Texans, but some were visiting from other states like California, Florida and Alabama. The youngest victims were 1 year old; the oldest was 91.
