Local leaders urge continued prayers and support as Kerr County mourns victims and continues the search for the missing.

The list has 119 names, two of whom remain unaccounted for. The victims ranged in age from 1 to 80, and most of them were Texans.

Officials have released the names of those who died in the devastating floods in Kerr County over the July 4th weekend. Two people are still listed as missing.

KERR COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - The Texas Rangers released the names of the victims lost in the July 4 floods. In a joint statement, Kerrville Mayor Joe Herring and Kerr County Judge Rob Kelly expressed deep sympathy for the families affected and called for continued support as search and recovery efforts continue.

Friends and family had struggled to find out what happened to Al Iorio, 66. He died when floodwaters overwhelmed his cabin in Ingram.

The plan goes over multiple disaster scenarios for the county including flooding. On page 39 the plan states, "The local planning team determined it is likely that Kerr County and the participating jurisdictions will experience a flood event in the next year, meaning an event is probable in the next three years."

Texas officials have revised the number of people missing in the catastrophic floods in Kerr County, Texas, from 97 people down to three on Saturday.

The Kerr County emergency management director conceded he was sick and asleep as the water rose to historic levels on the Guadalupe River, killing more than 100 people.
