The pilot of a single-engine aircraft is dead after his plane went down shortly after takeoff from Lancaster Airport on Sunday morning. The Lancaster County Coroner's Office on Sunday night identified the pilot as 58-year-old Musaddiq Nazeeri, of Lebanon. A family physician of the same name practices in Lebanon.

His wife got the restraining order 2 days before the crash, a factor that will be included in the NTSB investigation, an official told reporters Monday.
