Store apprentices will also see a pay increase, rising to £12.02 per hour, which is substantially above the minimum wage for first-year apprentices.
The station has said that prospective volunteers do not need to have any prior experience to be part of the team.
The campaign aims to raise £6,000 to cover course costs for people who would otherwise be unable to take part.
Official figures show the number of public houses and bars registered with HM Revenue and Customs declined between 2010 and 2024.
