A massive office building in Taylor is slated for redevelopment after several corporate moves left the complex mostly empty for the past six years.
The Julie and Mark Pulte Charitable Foundation said it previously submitted a higher and better offer and asks the bankruptcy court to consider it over the city's offer.
The new campus will bring Detroit PBS, classical-jazz station 90.9 WRCJ, the Michigan Learning Channel, the PBS Books program and 85 employees under the same roof.
