The 5-foot-11, 170 pound kicker announced his decision via social media on Tuesday morning, thanking Blue Devil head coach Manny Diaz and special teams assistant coach Scott Boone for the opportunity.

He's started in 20 of 27 games at Duke, playing 1,499 snaps. According to Pro Football Focus, Parker had the highest pass blocking grade (85.5) among power conference tackles in 2024.

His addition to the Duke football family bumped what is now a 15-deep Blue Devil recruiting haul to No. 52 nationally, per 247Sports. Meanwhile, UNC sits at No. 21 in the 2026 arena.
