Here's a chronology of chaotic rescue efforts as a flash flood chewed through the Texas Hill Country before dawn July 4 based on first responder

William "Dub" Thomas, the Kerr County Emergency Management Director since 2015, detailed his whereabouts during the crisis.

The list has 119 names, two of whom remain unaccounted for. The victims ranged in age from 1 to 80, and most of them were Texans.

Texas Rangers release names of 117 people who died in the devastating July 4th Guadalupe River floods, with two people still missing from the Kerr County disaster.

In a joint statement, Kerrville Mayor Joe Herring and Kerr County Judge Rob Kelly said the names were not new to their community, calling them family, friends and neighbors.
