New York Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson is the franchise superstar and the team is in its position largely due to his presence. The Knicks have won a playoff series in each of the last three seasons, including two this past year to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals for the first time since 2000.

While his ascension to stardom has helped the Knicks become contenders, some feel as though that Brunson — and the Knicks — still have another gear they can hit. This past season, New York won 50 games or more for the second consecutive season, and advanced all the way to the Eastern Conference Finals.
