GRAND RAPIDS, MI – After a number of construction delays, the $2.8 million project to restore and improve Rosa Parks Circle is reportedly set to reopen in June.

Today’s opening of the ice skating at Rosa Parks Circle was postponed due to the winter storm overnight. The city of Grand Rapids announced the rink will now open Friday, Dec. 6, 2024.
