Fitch graded all US homes as 11% overvalued, with 44 of the 50 metros it tracked seen as overvalued by 5% or more. FAU’s median US overvaluation was more than double – 24% with 97 of 100 metros tracked overvalued by 5% or more. Or look at two Bay Area markets. Fitch sees both San Francisco and San Jose as risky as San Diego – 15% to 19% overvalued.

The four are suspects in at least 10 other thefts in San Bernardino, Los Angeles and Riverside counties, totaling more than $7,000 in stolen goods, authorities said, with possibly more thefts that have not been identified.

The family of four is alleged to have carried out 10 retail thefts in Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties.

Riverside County sheriff’s detectives began investigating after a Temecula theft. Others happened in San Bernardino and LA counties, authorities say.
