Jets coach Robert Saleh said Friday that there will be “no restrictions” on Rodgers when the team begins OTA practices May 20. The Jets currently are in Phase 2 of the offseason program. Phase 3 begins May 20 and allows teams to do non-contact 11-on-11 periods that are closer to an actual practice than anything allowed in phase one or phase two.
