Sean "Diddy" Combs is asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit alleging that he and two other men raped a 17-year-old girl in a New York recording studio in 2003.

Although the lawsuit was settled a day later, Combs was accused of sexual assault in a second lawsuit by a woman named Joi Dickerson-Neal shortly after. He was accused of drugging and raping her when she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs is asking a Los Angeles judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed by a Jane Doe who alleged sexual misconduct against him. In a recent filing obtained by TMZ, Diddy's attorneys argued the statute of limitations has lapsed for the statute under which Jane Doe is suing.
