A judge has been urged to dismiss what are deemed as “false” allegations made by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and others, who are accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl. The legal defense team representing Combs and his associates has vehemently denied the accusations,

Sean “Diddy” Combs on Friday asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit alleging that he and two co-defendants raped a 17-year-old girl in a New York recording studio in 2003, saying it was a “false and hideous claim" that was filed too late under the law.

Although the lawsuit was settled a day later, Combs was accused of sexual assault in a second lawsuit by a woman named Joi Dickerson-Neal shortly after. He was accused of drugging and raping her when she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991.
