After posting his 11th consecutive round of par or worse in a major championship with a 6-over 77 in the second round of the PGA Championship, Tiger Woods is headed home on the weekend again.

Mills’ tragic death was unfortunately overshadowed by the arrest of World No. 1 golfer Scottie Scheffler, who faces four criminal charges, including second degree assault on a police officer, following a dustup with a Louisville police officer directing traffic at the course following the fatal accident.

Tiger Woods will not be around for the weekend at Valhalla Golf Club. Firing rounds of 72-77, Woods was never able to garner any momentum around the par-71 course and found his name on the wrong side of the cutline when all was said and done at the 2024 PGA Championship in Louisville.
