Utah lawmakers advanced a law requiring cities to fly only a single official flag in schools, airports and courthouses. But cities could fly Pride and other flags during annual celebrations.
A bill that would restrict cities, municipalities, counties, or political subdivisions from flying more than one official flag in certain areas advanced to the Utah house on Friday.
