A dentist and his wife in Columbus, Ohio, were both found shot to death inside their home just a month before celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary. Police responded to the house around 10 a.m.

Spencer and Monique Tepe were found shot dead in their home in Columbus on Tuesday, Dec. 30. Their children, ages 1 and 4, were unharmed and found crying.
