Nice looking and comfortable however I've had a hard time with the VOCs coming from it even a week later I had to run fans open windows and run air purifiers to protect my birds from the smell and deal with migraine headache from it wish there had been someway to have it aired out before delivery,I expected some smell but not for this long,and it had a tiny little manufacturer fault which I was able to fix I did not want to deal with the strong smell by exchanging or someone coming to fix it,oh and the seat cushions have to be pushed back in place every time you get up

It's a nice couch, comfy for visiting with friends, but not nearly as heavy duty as I was told it would be. With large family members, I specifically asked if it could support multiple people 300+ lbs and they said "yes, no problem", sharing all the testing their couches go through. But it makes noises (creeking and crunching) whenever someone sits on it. I'm NOT confident it will hold up and definitely don't feel anyone over 300 lbs should feel safe on it. While I know there's a warranty in case it breaks, I'd be absolutely mortified if a loved one fell off a couch at my house.
