I ordered this e-gift card to give as a birthday gift and it was never delivered. This put me in a difficult spot as I didn't have a birthday gift on the child's birthday as planned. I called Customer Service multiple times, spent hours getting transferred to multiple departments and representatives on the phone, only to learn that the e-gift card is through a 3rd Party (Synex) and Walmart cannot take any action. This was extremely frustrating and a terrible customer experience.

After 2 days of waiting (they sure did take my payment fast enough BTW.), I called customer care and they had no answers. I never got the code in the email and had to get a refund. Do yourself a favor. Either buy directly from Nintendo, or from another retailer. I could have walked to the physical store and back again, in less time. The least I can do, is warn others about this sham.

Still haven't received the item and I keep getting past between walmart.com and the gift card department and I haven't received my card yet. This is some of the worst customer service that I have ever seen in the 30 years that I have been in customer service myself. I'm tired of being bounced around like a yoyo

DO NOT BUY THIS. Code was never sent, had to make three calls to customer service and it was blamed on Nintendo for not sending the code.\nThe supervisor even advised they had multiple complaints about this for many customers yet this is still being sold online. Finally after a week, I was reluctantly refunded.

I bought this for my child. They never sent the email with the code (I think it's through a 3rd party) and it took me about an hour on the phone for Walmart to reimburse me (which they said they weren't allowed to do). Buy this through Nintendo instead and save yourself the hassle.

It shows digital delivery and said same day, yet here I am with nothing. I believe even though its digital delivery, they actually print, ship, then hire a person to scratch off and then send an email if they choose.

Don't buy takes long even though it says instant. Been waiting 24 hours and nothing…. Read other reviews as well; similar issue across the board.\n\nDo your self a favor and go to the store.

I never received my card. Now Im reading reviews this could be a scam. why hasnt walmart removed tho sale id this. very disappointed in rge lies from the 5 different agents I spoke with.

Really they could sell this stuff online in a different store instead of selling a separate system. The accesses is it, That's a computer, and the same thing .

never got it after 48 hours and now going onto another 48 to 72 hours after having case escalated.

Digital code never came, and I had to get call support 2 days later.
