If you are looking to elevate your baking game, get rid of toxic cookware, or just refresh your kitchen items, this is a great set and although expensive, a fair price for what you get. If you take care of them, they seem like they will outlast the owner. I'm planning to pass these on to my kids eventually. They would make a great gift as well. I also bought Silpat baking sheets which help with non-stick and also save the surfaces from scratching during storage. They are heavier than your normal bakeware but they are built very well so that is to be expected. If something sticks in it. Warm it up on the oven/stove with baking soda and white vinegar and let sit. These will also make great serving platters! If I had one suggestion, it would be to put a half sheet pan in this set - I'd gladly pay extra for that. I haven't seen a Hestan cookie sheet, but that would also be great. I like a flat edge sheet for baking cookies. Overall, 5 stars! Thanks for building a high quality product I can trust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased these pans to avoid aluminum and silicone (including parchment paper which is usually silicone coated). They are heavy duty 18/10 stainless steel pans and do great with roasted veggies and baked goods. I don’t use parchment paper, just lightly oil with avocado or olive oil and I has minimal sticking. Even foods that did stick were easy to wash up. Just be careful to use a soft washcloth as I found that my plastic bristle dish brush had left some fine scratches. Only issue I had was I didn’t take measurements of my oven before ordering. The largest pan (the half sheet) doesn’t fit in a 27” oven, so I have to tilt it up on one side which isn’t ideal. The handles stick out very far but I do like them as they make it easy to grab onto and keeps your oven mits out of the food. Other than that I love how well they bake and roast and have already purchased other pans from this company.

I got this pan for my mom who just had her oven replaced after one cut on fire. She replaced it with a small high-end Wolf oven but needed all new small trays and I thought this would be perfect for such a lovely oven \n\nThe tray is gorgeous - yes it's an oven tray, but it is simply a work of art. The handles make it so easy to lift and still fit inside her small oven, the weight of the pan is substantial, and it will never warp, and it cleans easily and heats evenly. The rack is so well-made, and has a nice way to it as well. I've never h held such a great rack for a tray. She absolutely loved it and has been using it nonstop. It's simply beautiful and we got it during a great sale.

The rack is a game changer in each of these cooking situations. My veggies turn out perfectly and are not soggy like they used to get using other pans without the rack. I've also used the larger pan with a Silpat perforated baking mat for baking perfectly crunchy cookies. We have used the small one for heating leftovers and love the result. The stainless steel is so functional without the dangers of aluminum or other materials. Clean up has been a breeze so far. My only wish is that the set came with a rack for the smaller pan.

The heavy stainless steel provides such an even heat for baking or roasting. I have make perfect crostini on the small pan and beautiful sheet pan dinners on the larger pan. I even used the smaller pan as a serving tray for a recent party, since it is so classy! I did also purchase the large cooling rack to go along with the 3 piece set, which really competed it for me. I highly recommend these beautiful and functional pans. Hestan has once again surpassed all others!

The pan stays flat and solid in the oven, heats evenly, and doesn’t get that annoying warp that cheaper sheet pans love to do. The rack is actually useful too—sturdy, stable, and the spacing is right for real airflow, so wings and bacon come out crisp instead of steamed. I really wanted to get a Hestan piece for my home but I didn't want to buy a pan to replace something that I had at home that was already working. Enter the small rectangular baker! It's a size that I do not have but has turned out to be quite practical. It's (obviously) smaller than the 9x13 rectangular pan, which makes it a much better size for small households (for casseroles, etc). The baker is sturdy and easy to clean and I'm so happy that I bought it!

It is perfect for making baked potatoes, roasted vegetables, open faced grilled cheese tomato sandwiches ( toasted these under the grill). Last night we tried some fish filets, came out perfectly! It is a perfect size for the two of us, plus clean up is a breeze, whether you hand wash it or put it in the dishwasher. That’s right unlike most sheet pans this one can go in the dishwasher. Plus the larger hand holds makes it so easy to take out of your hot oven.

PHEW. The amount of elbow grease I had to apply to get the stains out is insane. I haven’t even gotten all of them out yet! Ive used barkeepers friend, Ive tried polishing it, and yet it was to no avail. \n\nLike I mentioned, the build of the product is amazing, but I’m not a fan of how prone it is to staining. For the price point I’d expect more.

The tribond sheet pans and racks are amazing! I thought I was a dunce for spending so much on cookie sheets but I have been trying to move away from aluminum touching my food and these had the core with the stainless exterior. Plus they were beautifully designed. I have one quarter and 2 half sheet pans and they are the best. Super strong (maybe a bit heavy but I don't care), won't warp, don't change color, I could go on and on. I have been using them now for a few months and I'm soooo glad I splurged and bought the best. I will have them for a lifetime. Thank you.

The quality feels excellent right out of the box, and after using them, I’m even more impressed.\n\nNo warping, no discoloration, and no flimsy feel like cheaper pans. The aluminum ones looked very bad and it was time to find some stainless steel baking sheets. These are perfect. They are heavier than I expected and look like they will last for our lifetime! I wish I had invested in something like this right away. They are certainly more expensive than what you would find on large on-line retailers, but their is absolutely no comparison with quality.

It is made just slightly larger so that it is not compatible with other sheet pans. Extensions for gripping make the pan too large for my table-top oven and my standard toaster oven, both of which accommodate smaller pans. In short, a total bust, except to admire the workmanship. I recall the loud popping sound the pan made inside my oven and all of the food that the warp splattered throughout my oven. Hestan, where have you been all my life? Your amazing sheet pans and racks have made my other sheet pans obsolete. They are quite hefty and I’d be shocked if they ever warped.

This is my third OvenBond Stainless Steel baking purchase in the last six months. I found conflicting information about whether it’s dishwasher safe, so I’ve been handwashing the pans and only putting the racks in the dishwasher. Even burnt-on food comes off easily with a little hot water and a nylon brush. This latest purchase replaced the toxic pan that came included with my smart oven. The fit was close, but the measurements worked out perfectly.

Generally I'm a no expectations kinda person, but no way around it, this cookware is pricey, so I did have some hopeful expectations. I'm happy to say the Copperbond set I bought are a delight to work with. Fast even heating and sensitive to the heat given them, they clean up well too. They are a beautiful addition to our kitchen, really nice quality cookware. Would still like to take a Nanobond piece for a spin as well, it was a tough decision.

These Hestan pans however look practically like new with just a little TLC; always hand wash and use a small amount of Barkeepers friend liquid cleaner with the course side of a sponge. I love this bakeware! First of all, it's beautiful, it is a very good looking set, I would have no problem taking it from the oven to the table. Secondly, I prefer these stainless steel products to non-stick as I worry about the coating of non-stick pans wearing out. I've used this set several times already and they cook the food evenly and it does not stick. Great product, I am very happy with it!
