I received the unit and it was sent to my local tronix 12 volt shop! received a phone call less than 40 min in and was told the unit did not work! what a shame! a 500$ unit arrived dead! held my day up to track down another unit and held up my local installer! not a good experience as a first timer with world wide stereo! customer service was okay but didn't solve my issue. just was told I could return it .
