everything went as expected

The hinge screws on the door and jamb were screwed in at angles and the heads aren't flush in their recesses. One hinge has screws that are stripped out. The hinge literally fell out of the frame because the screws are stripped. If the packaging (including lockset plastic) hadn't been perfect I would say this door had been installed and returned. Given the perfect labels, etc I'd say it's just sloppy workmanship. Unfortunately, it's the only one in stock in the city so I'm stuck with it. \n\nIn addition, the actual specifics of this door are 31.75 x 79. Maybe close enough for "common " but not the advertised specs. The rough opening is closer to 33.25x80.25. This is a big problem if you're replacing a door and actually need the advertised 34.25x81.25 rough opening. My problem is that the missing inch of height is now a gap in my drywall that I have to patch.

Easy to install and operates well

Installation of the hinges to the door is sloppy. It’s lazy rather than unskilled. Remove all, realign hole and drive home. Have 3 Masonite ext drs for the job and lack of attention to detail. Someone call Yule.

Our Masonite door worked out just fine for the newly built well house. Adding a locking door handle was easy and the pre-framed door made it easy to install. I believe the cost of the new door was equal to or maybe even less than having a carpenter build one from scratch. We also really liked using the Smart Siding for the exterior...easy to cut, nail up, and paint. We have the best looking well house for miles!

Unlisted on Home Depot website. This product won’t come up when searching for exterior doors. I found it by walking around the store, even an associate in the door department couldn’t find it on their computer unless they typed in the upc code. and got this link to it when HD asked me to review a recent purchase. You may sell more of them if people can find them on your site.

It was pretty good, fairly easy to install\r\nSome minor quality control issues. Such as staples holding the threshold to the side jambs were sticking out and had to be cut off.

It is a nice door to begin with. The only difficulty was removing the old door. Looks great. Except the threshold was reversed for open door but we can deal with it

Home Depot were on time with the delivery and informed me throughout the delivery process. The door shipped was the wrong door but they picked up the wrong door and delivered the correct door the next day. They real out performed my expectations.

Haven't installed but once corrected address the door was received quickly. Didn't want the "jam" but there was no "door only" option.

It's an exterior door. it's already hung and primed. Can't ask for much more when it is what is needed.

Finish was great. Customer decided to not paint the door. \nFrame was solid and the hole prepped for the door handle were perfectly laid out. Came crated up very solid and delivery was very easy!

I wanted a basic door for my storage shed that was durable and easy to install. This door was it. Nothing fancy here. Just a good solid door. It handles the rainy weather here on Kauai.
