I love my new door as I wanted ventilation in my bathroom.\nIt is a snug fit and hots out the heat which is good as it faces the morning to afternoon sun.\nI would recommend this door.

The dimensions of the door match my old door but the frame had a lot of open space. Frame work did not match and required a lot of shims.

I purchased two of these doors as I wanted doors that had a window that could be opened for air. I added magnetic blinds to enhance them. They were fairly easy to install.

What is the ventilation area of the window?

The hinge screws were screwed in crooked - had to correct. The recessed door handle latch did not line up correctly - had to chisel out area for latch to work correctly. Other than those things the door is fine.

Fairly disappointed in the quality of this product. It was damaged when we picked it up in store and we continue to notice the shoddy construction since it's been installed. We requested a discount when we picked it up to reflect the visible damage, and we were offered a small one. After install we noticed that the seals are not tight to the outside and other aspects of the door are just cheap.

Great door. But we are having issues removing the screen door. Does anyone else have tabs on the screen door that are in the way?

This door is way over priced!!! it was $550.00 as a special order to get an outswing door. It cost $130.00 more just to change from and inswing to an outswing.

The door was just what I needed for an old door that wasn't doing it's job

Nice substantial door.

I put this in an old existing back doorway. Had to trim 5/8" off the front of the frame to fit the stucco molding and replace the threshold and deal with a little termite damage. Had a 1/4" to spare on the sides and just enough room to tip it in at the top with clearance for the alarm wires. It was not perfectly square, so lots of shims to get it "good". Also put in a dog door and sealed the panel rills with silicone caulk. It looks very nice and seals great. I needed the window for ventilation and being double pane is a plus for me. Seams like it will hold up well.

The wood where the hinges bolt to the door is to soft they pulled right out.
