I’m still figuring out how to get it to communicate automatically with my AI-capable LG dryer — that’s a small learning curve on my end — but even without that fully set up, the smart features are genuinely helpful instead of gimmicky.\n\nAs for installation, hooking it up was incredibly easy. Delivery from Home Depot was smooth, and the washer was in perfect condition. I did the final hookup myself and had it running without any hassle. It’s also extremely quiet. LG’s True Balance system really works; even with big loads, the machine barely vibrates and never “walks” like cheaper models tend to do.\n\nOverall, this washer is everything I hoped it would be and then some.
