Nice product to work with. I used this product for my fireplace wall and overall the project came out very nice. A few things to be aware of. The colors of the product on an in-store display or even online photos are not representative of what is in the box. This is natural stone that has a chalky haze on it and needs to be cleaned and enhanced. It wasn't until we did this that we saw the colors we expected in the product. So, just be aware when pulling from the boxes. Also, you have to be careful with the pieces as they are panels of individual pieces glued together. Some of the pieces were delicate and broke in half when trying to grab and lift from one end. Use two hands when pulling them out of the box and support both ends to prevent this from happening. I used about 11 cases in total for my project and only had this happen on 2-3 pieces, but I learned my lesson after the first one and handled them very carefully afterward. One other thing that bugged me about the deal with Home Depot is that they only sell this particular product by the pallet quantity. For my project, I needed 68 sq ft and a pallet quantity is 60 sq ft. I wasn't able to buy the additional two cases from Home Depot and had to purchase the balance from another retailer. They did have a great price for the pallet quantity and in the end it worked out for me, but not good for someone who has a smaller project to work on. Finally, this was the first time I tackled a project like this and was a bit intimidated at first. However, when doing research on MSI's website, I found very good support and installation instructions to guide me through the process. I would have given an Excellent rating had it not been for the few concerns I expressed here. I would still highly recommend using this product.
