we set up our printer it prints maybe 3 to 4 lables and then we have to open it close it power it down and power it back up and reprint \n again only a few will print at a time if any at all . and we contacted zebra customer service they said it was defective the spool is bad internally . what are our options on getting this fixed or getting an exchange ?
