The detergent compartment doesn’t hold the soap or cloth refresher during the wash. It supposed to be released at required intervals.\n\nIt supposed to be released at an appropriate time but it goes straight into the laundry clothes at the start of the wash which prevents the intended freshness at the end of the wash, I meant the nice breezes. \n\nEngineering needs to look into that to make sure required detergent are released at the appropriate time. Also powder detergent got stuck when placed into the detergent compartment . Not sure the water push pressure is not enough. \n\nElectrical consumption, honestly I don’t have an other brand of washing machine to compare with so I can’t comment on it. \n\nI will definitely give it 3 1/2 star

I've wondered at times if it was using enough water. The high speed spin nearly dries the washed load (which has a decent capacity) so the amount of electric the dryer needs to complete the drying cycle is greatly reduced. Had no issues with the initial setup and the connection to wi-fi. With regular cleaning, I've had no issues with bad odors, and the cleaning process is easy. FULL DISCLOSURE: I did have to have a unit replaced due to issues with self balancing, which caused a banging noise during the spin cycles. If I had a wish list item, it would be to have the option to adjust the volume on the tones and signals...and maybe change the 'song' it plays at the end of the cycle; it's rather lengthy. Yes, it can be disabled, but then there is no signal at all.

Great washing machine! Cleans clothes quickly and efficiently. Quick cycle is only about 40 minutes and cleans a large cycle of clothes. There's also longer and hotter cycles for dirtier things such as towels or bedsheets and has a steam sanitize mode. Great for Airbnb or other heavy users that need to make sure things are clean. Don't forget to self clean your machine every two months or after 40 to 45 cycles or so. Front loaders use less water than top loaders and less soap as well. The machine will tell you when it needs to be cleaned; as it is Wi-Fi connected and has a phone app that you can follow along with.
