Have had installed in September 2022 so far they work really well ..I'm concerned when the cold cold 🥶 gets here ..how will they do.\r\n Had great Gentleman and his crew installed and where with me every step of the way and even afterwards..clopay garage door as expected.

I was going to buy the "good" rated door to save some money but ended up buying this door which is rated "better", and I'm so glad I did! If you're on a budget I recommend spending a little more and get this door. This door wasn't that much more money and it was worth it. It has a nice amount of insulation, making it feel more solid. It also has a metal skin on the inside instead of just the exposed insulation, which gives it a much cleaner look and will make it easier to clean in the future. It's not even cold outside yet but we can tell our garage is much better sealed and will be warmer this winter. This was the first time I have installed an overhead door so it took a while to do, but the instructions were very good.

I have a 15 year old house and recently have had problems with the front plastic window grilles breaking, snapping. The door itself has never been a problem and held up quite well. I emailed customer service the serial # on the gargage door and unfortunately they stated this particular model was discontinued. However they had some of the old stock remaining and sent me four grilles (2 right side and 2 left side) free of charge. They arrived within days and fit perfectly. Not often do you come across someone that goes the extra mile but this is exactly what happened with the representative at Clopay. I will definitely consider Clopay for all my future garage doors and entry door needs.

Good doors, some parts are cheaper than on the 30 year old doors I replaced. Most of all not happy with most of the doors being dented in on the back side.

We recently ordered one of these plus a side mount motor, installation and the “Madison” window treatment. It’s from Clopay, - one of the higher-end doors in my view. This is our second order from this manufacturer. It is very nice looking door and well-built from what I can see. Be aware if you order a Clopay from Home Depot, there’s a significant lag between your order and the day it’s installed. To be expected during his Covid pandemic, I guess. The good news is that it was easy to order through the local Home Depot. We've been using the door for about a month now. There is nothing NOT to like about this garage door. We first ordered Clopays (2 of them for a 4-car garage) 10 years ago and there was never an issue. \n\nI rated the experience a “4” as there’s two issues that came up. Would have rated a 4.5, but there's no half point gradients in this review format. The door itself is very good looking. Looks substantial! When ordering, there's several levels of insulation to choose from - a plus!\n\nIf it works for you, order the side mount motor. It mounts on one side of the door, up near the top corner. I imagine it could be installed on either side. It's so quiet that one can barely hear it run. \n\nWhat is different with this package than from previous garage doors is that the light that turns on when the “open” button is pressed is not installed by the installer. They just hand it to you. That’s not a problem for me, I ‘kinda liked the idea of being able to place it myself. It has a sensor that turns the light on the minute I step into the garage. I don’t have to push any buttons to activate the light. That’s nice when my hands are full. And it’s a good light. Plenty bright, - LED. I’d say a 150 watt equivalent. What’s not to like about that. Still, seems like the installer ought to install the light as part of a premium package? \n\nThere was damage to the panels either during shipping or installation. Not sure which is the case, but the installer pointed it out and had it handled right away. The installer techs who did our installation and repair were knowledgeable and personable. \n\nThe window upgrade seems to leak light out of each of the corners (see photo). I’m not sure if these window pane inserts are sized wrong and are cut a bit too small – they are pretty loose and flimsy. Without this issue, I have no problem rating the purchase and experience a “5.”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with the door. We replaced the old one with this steel Classic R- Value 18.4 with Ultra Classic Walnut Finish. During these cold days you can feel the different inside the garage. It so well installed there is no draft at all. The best part is everybody's asking where I bought it because they said the house got a wonderful look. Surprised ourselves due to the house now looks better than when we got it 23 yrs. ago.

Bought this door and installed it with minimal help from my better half. Our downstairs basement garage is now no longer freezing in the winter. I imagine it will no longer be roasting in the summer as well. Also the windows allow for some great light for where we store our sensitive plants in the winter. Installation was straightforward and easy to follow for a DIYer. Made easier with a few cordless power tools.

My 40 year old wood doors were rotting away...I tried to duct tape and glue the bottom panel on...pitiful mess. I saved my pennies and got two new sparklie clean white Clopay metal doors with window panels....I just love them...my family and friends are probably getting sick of my sending them photos...but my neighbors are really glad I got rid of the "blight" on the neighborhood. Love my new garage doors!!!

We just replaced old door for 22years with same look alike door because old door was cracking around the outside windows and we just got new vinyl siding 2 years ago so now the house is updated. The installer did a great job and he came at 9am left at 1pm and cleaned up all the mess, I would recommend the company to anybody that needs a new garage door, Thank You Very Much.

The twin 12' tall doors stay very cool on the inside which helps keep our non-AC garage space from becoming overly warm. Numerous people have commented that the doors roll very quietly.

Ordered this door around Christmas and it was installed on April 1st. That wait is the only negative thing I have to say about this. We have glass panels at the top and the chocolate brown color. It looks fantastic! The inside is nicely finished and white which helps with the light in the garage. Just love it.

I installed one premium 3000SP insulated garage door with insulated plain windows. Two extension springs were provided in the hardware package, but I used one torsion sprinig to replace two extension springs. It is quiet and can keep the garage cool in the summer.

Just got our new replacement door installed this week. What a difference! We tend not to notice how tired and worn some things look when we see them age slowly over time. That was the case with our old door. The new door really freshened up the look of the house.

I bought two doors and returned the first one that I opened seeing dents on the interior side of the top window panel. My local Home Depot had one more in stock. These dents seemed to be impact damage from an exterior force as this panel was the outermost in the packaging which also seemed seemed to be dented. No problem just exchanged for another.\r\n\r\nI installed both garage doors and found large wrinkles on one panel in each of the two doors I installed. Other reviews here also mention this manufacturing defect, seems this is frequent problem in manufacturing.

Got the Clopay garage doors to replace my 25 year old doors, the new doors very nice really added nice curb appeal and my garage is a lot more insulated my wife and really notice the temperature difference.

Our new garage doors (side by side) 7' wide are wonderful. They are very nice looking, quiet, provide a much better seal with the garage opening and the installation was professional, quick and clean.
