Unopened, the computer is not the right one that was needed. The product was correct, just purchased the wrong computer.

doesn't connect to wifi by itself but it does come with a antennae to fix that proboem. So far i've had it for 3 months and still runs smooth.

Set up computer on Christmas for my son now unable to sign in or access anything. Purchased the 89 assurance and have been unable to speak to someone also they cancelled the protection plan I purchased. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

WARNING!! I bought two computers from these people for just under $1200.00 The first one was returned the day after Christmas as it was no good from the start. This one has had one problem after another since about a week after opening on Christmas Day. Thankfully, they were problems that we were able to fix (faulty cords, bad keyboard, loose power panel, etc) - until now, four days after we're no longer able to return or exchange it, we have the blue screen of death. Stay away from this or you will be throwing your money away.

I need something to start with, and this is a relatively good cheap option the CPU rather old, but it runs all of the things I want it to do \nGpu is good and I can run all things I want to no problems \n\nNot enough ports

would not display on monitor. straight from the box to to the desk. Reseated the ram and graphics card. Finally got a image on the monitor. full of colored lines. reseated the card again and still same thing. then after a few seconds would not restart or show an image at all. changed cables and still same thing. I am sure some are good but i seem to have gotten one of the bad ones. take your own chances

This is my first Pc and I didn't want to spend too much. But I asked my again geek cousin and for the price you get a decent starting kit. The cool thing with this of overtime you can change things out to make it run better. But the case is super cool with the led lights you can change the color I've been using it for maybe a month now and it's great. I will say buy some headphones or a speaker because the fan is loader then the audio. I use this for my gaming channel. YouTube: Nia GameZ

Bought for Christmas. Already having issues. Hours and days of trying to fix. Cant get ahold of anyone at customer service. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! I have a very sad 13 year old with a computer he cant use. Systems keep crashing, looks like a bad CPU or Mother board!

returning this because i already have a computer with ddr3 memory. The advert had no description of the ram and having been on a previous advert that did have ddr4 ram, i assumed it had the newer innards. im sure its good for what it was made for. its fast enough, doesnt hiccup. worked fine, but i already own fine. i want faster.

These guys are lying and selling you old parts in a clean case with RGB. It comes with 16 GB of ram so I wanted to upgrade my ram to 32 GB now I had ordered some DDR five ram as it's listed on the listing you can see in the screenshots below my friend said you need to check your DDR check your ram make sure you're getting the right the right one. He said download CPUZ I downloaded it I check my ram and this pc is running DDR3 ram. I have been able to stream off of this and play cloud game and emulate PS2 games somehow maybe the motherboard is good. but that's a scam though that's wrong. This is not a ddr4 pc. Trying to upgrade it but there's no point in upgrading a DDR three PC. This is foul

I brought 2 of them and my sons like it! I spent 2,000 on an expensive brand for my oldest and had to do repair on it 3 months later;but he says it is totally different from there's;but Honestly, my 2 other teenagers waited, and i am completely happy we did on the other 2,%26save a lot%26does the streaming they expects!

Love it. Haven't had a problem with it. Games like fallout and Skyrim run flawlessly. I play a couple of mmo's, runs them all on high.

the Internet is great on wired. the performance is rather awesome for the price. the speed is great for downloading and playing games. the response time can be a little laggy but it straightens out the more you play.

I like the fact that he hasn't logged not one minute of ps5 since I purchased the computer not stop play with his friends and the games are fairly priced
