This is the 2nd one of these I have purchased, for 2 different vehicles. It was relatively easy to install, and now my 90's vehicles can connect to my phone!

I had to use my original radio's screws to make it fit, but it works well in my '98 Camry. Sometimes the screen goes black on startup with Carplay, but I can fix it by going back. The volume resets when I turn off the car, which is the main downside.

After using it for a year, I find the product to be good value despite some minor drawbacks like an okay touch screen and visibility issues in bright light. The backup camera performs better than expected, and the sound quality is satisfactory. Installation was easy, and overall, I believe it offers good value for a basic head unit with CarPlay and a backup camera. I would purchase it again.

Not top-notch, but better than factory radio. Boss has a bad reputation, had trouble finding installers. No issues with stereo yet. Had to search for an installer, which was odd. Satisfied for now.

I am extremely satisfied with the product after installing it in my 2001 Dodge Ram 3500. I purchased the product from Crutchfield and it has been in my 2007 Honda Civic for nearly two years. Initially, it worked fine but has since deteriorated. It affects the audio quality, limiting the range of my focal speakers with amp. The unit frequently fails to turn on with my car, requiring me to restart the car multiple times a week. Additionally, pressing buttons too quickly can cause the unit to crash and restart.

This unit has features that much higher priced ones have. I must say pretty amazing for the price. I won't give it a 5 star rating since I've only had it for a few days.

After contacting tech support, I returned the unit in its original packaging but received the same unit back three weeks later without any information on what was fixed. The tech support questioned why I wanted to turn off the subwoofer and criticized my desire to hear the system beep. Despite fixing the reverse trigger myself, I am dissatisfied with the sound quality through my Memphis amp and regret replacing my JVC unit. I have tried to contact them via email multiple times with no response and am now unable to return the product.

I absolutely love this radio it’s very well built and easy to use. I love the physical knob for volume and I love that you can angle it and slide it up and down. It’s got a slight bit of delay when you hit buttons but you only notice it when you are pausing/playing music not super long but a slight delay. The screen and audio quality are very good. Not a ton of power but if that’s what you want then get a speaker amp lol
