[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice quality. Love the four doors- not having to bend over and dig through a freezer drawer was my main concern as I have a bad back. So being able to squat and swing open a freeezer door was important. I love the counter depth and not having items get lost in the back of shelves.\r\nHowever, I wish the shelves had more adjusting options.\r\nAnd I wish the freezer section could have be slighter Lowe on the inside so that the snack compartments in the fridge we usable. I really just leave the snack compartments open and put corn tortillas ( small packages- because a large is too tall) or butter - but nothing really fits unless you’re a fast food condiment package collector. Oh… there is also NO egg holder! I actually kept the one from my old fridge but I’ve been expiramenting with different locations. I did realize that I cat keep it next to the ice maker as it freezes the eggs in the back.and we love the water/ice dispenser!! The ice and water do not splash out like others I haves used. However the water dispenser is loud at the on and off- a bit of a clanging sound. Would have thought engineers could have developed a smoother transition sound. I guess similar to a quiet or loud flushing toilet. And I realize the ice dispenser takes up a bit of door space- but again, the mini shelves on the inside door of the dispenser side are useless. When you’re in a showroom looking at fridges, you really don’t realize these things until you have to actually use it and find homes for items. So a small jar of hot sauce fits I the one shelf…. Again, the overall quality is very nice- sold doors, it wipes clean nicely… it’s just the few little space issues that will definitely take some getting used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Frigidaire Gallery Counter-Depth model to replace our 12 year old conventional side x side refrigerator. We were curious about the counter-depth models but were wary of the loss of cubic feet in comparison to conventional units. My wife has always found conventional size refrigerators to be invasive and protruding into busy kitchen floorspace. So far (1 week in) we have found the counter-depth form factor to have very few drawbacks. Overall volume capacity may be reduced, but that in and of itself does not a final review and value assessment make. The Frigidaire model has excellent space allocation and a high degree of flexibility in food storage options. The middle drawer flexible function is a huge plus. The water and ice dispenser work extremely well and the cube shape/size is a welcome change. The freezer compartment is spacious and more than adequate for our family of 4. Door storage is very functional and the discrete "snack trays" at the bottom of the upper unit have proven to be quite useful and convenient for sliced cheese and lunch meats. We do not miss our conventional size refrigerator at all and we likely will never go back to conventional size units for future refrigerator needs. This model makes everything more accessible and helps to prevent "lost" items from dwelling for months and months in some out of view back corner of the refrigerator. The smudge-free claims for the exquisite finish are accurate and the unit overall is a gem in our kitchen. We look forward to battle-testing our new Frigidaire with our active high volume use patterns. Next, we are looking to replace our gas range, OTR microwave and dishwasher with a Gallery Frigidaire family of products to complete a classy and stylish kitchen look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unlike many of the newer refrigerators, this one actually keeps the interior temperature and humidity consistent enough that food stays fresh for many days. In addition, the showcase lighting makes it easy to see what is in all parts of the refrigerator portion of the unit. The ice maker and water dispenser allow for access by taller water bottles, a plus. The unit has four doors, which makes it easier to use in limited kitchen space. The top two doors are for refrigerated items. The glass shelving and door bins are well designed, for the most part, but there are some odd spaces, such as the snack drawers, which fit only flat items, such as cream cheese. It is diffickt to reach items that have slipped to the back of these drawers. It would be helpful if they rolled out for access.\r\nThe freezer section has two doors, where one side can be re-programmed as a refrigerator or for keeping beverages chilled. The two drawers are fine, but the pull-out shelves are odd: three of them are flat, with virtually no raised edge to keep things on the shelf, and are only a few inches tall. Only flatter items will stay on them. It would be helpful if the freezer shelves were more user friendly, with regard to spacing and item containment. It would also be helpful if the wine rack/beverage grids were removable, so that other items would fit better when that side is used as a freezer. I gave the unit less than 5 stars because of these issues. However, the unit holds consistent temperature, which is what one really needs in a refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always had side by side refrigerators. We were intrigued by the Flex drawer. We found it on sale and decided to try it. We have only had it a couple weeks but like it so far. We currently use the flex drawer for wine and breads. The little snack slots are small but we use them for thin stuff like snack cheeses. We are still slowly moving things in from our 2nd fridge in the garage as we get used to this design. Things we like so far...the lighting is nice and bright. The door shelves are big. One slides and another is adjustable in size. The others are stationary. There is less space between the door shelves than in our old side by side, so we have to get used to that. The water/ice dispenser is taller than our old one, so it fits larger water bottles. I was worried about having to dig through a bottom freezer expecting things to be stacked. First the freezer drawer is not deep so nothing is stacked and easy to find. We are still working on filling the base section. Overall, at this point we are happy with are purchase and it looks nice

We have had this fridge for about 12 months now and are extremely pleased our choice. The slide-out drawer is a fantastic feature and we use it all the time for canned sodas, juice boxes, basically our beverages. The water dispenser on the door edge is also a brilliant design and we use it all the time …ALL THE TIME! This is an awesome feature and does not take up any space within the main fridge compartments. The ice maker, again is well sized and is a nice balance between taking up freezer space and providing enough ice. We thought we wouldn’t use it when we purchased the unit but now find we use the ice all the time - drinks, freezer bags for lunches (we put the ice in zippy bags), ice for the cooler, etc. Great feature to have ice at the ready. Overall, the fridge is quiet, well built and the best designed fridge available today - at least for us. It has the right options and so well thought out. BTW, its also super easy to replace the filters - water, main compartment and crispers. The Frigidaire filters are little pricy but you know they are compatible and work!. After market filters are also available for less money if you decide to go that route. A+++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had it only one week, so we’ll see. But so far it is working perfectly. I have thermometers in each section to monitor the temperatures, and they are spot-on. The ice maker and dispenser work perfectly, and I like the small ice cubes. The unit is very quiet, much quieter than my 26-year old side by side that this replaces. The old unit had a low-pitched drone that was annoying, and is the main reason I started shopping for a new one. While I can hear this new refrigerator running, it is quieter and the character of the sound is much better, not as noticeable.\r\n\r\nThe unit fits my space well and looks great. I like the sleek look of the no-handle design, but this takes some time to get used to. I do wish Frigidaire offered an option for handles on the upper doors- they could easily do this as their companion model, with the pull-out drawers, has handles so the hardware is already available. But I chose this model anyway because I’m not a fan of the deep pullout freezer drawer, I much prefer the doors and the inside bins.\r\n\r\nOverall I’m very happy with this model!

These are my first impressions since it was installed yesterday:\nI like the water and ice dispenser—especially since the ice maker is not part of the door but is located in the main enclosure. Also the water filter really improves the taste of my municipal water. The shelving is a bit problematic—there is a unique shelf that can collapse and slide beneath its supporting shelf to accommodate tall items which might be valuable if it functioned properly. This shelf collapses under the weight of items placed on it so it will remain retracted and unused. Also, the height of the main shelves have very minimal adjustability (maybe 1 inch total). The limitation precludes soda cans from fitting on the middle shelf. My favorite feature is the middle drawer which can be either a freezer or refrigerator compartment.\nMy biggest complaint is the noise of this refrigerator ( it runs continuously by design). It has a fancy variable speed compressor which might be efficient but it is the loudest refrigerator I have ever owned.

We got this about 9 months ago, so thought it was time for a review. Overall we really like this refrigerator. It is well laid out and makes great use of the space considering that it is a counter-depth unit. Our favorite part is that it is has the bottom doors instead of the usual clunky drawers that most have these days. We love that the bottom is split into 2 separate compartments, with the right being a freezer and the left side can be set to either be a freezer or refrigerator at whatever temp you want. We use the bottom left for white wine and beer. \r\nThere is one thing that we do not like and have read some other reviews mentioning this: the top right side door started to squeak and creak a few months after we go this. This is the largest door and has a lot of storage in it - but clearly the hinges are not adequate to comfortably handle the typical amount of items that any family would put in these storage shelves. We have to cut use of the in-door storage back so that we are not fully using it, and constantly shuffling heavier items out there. This reduces but does not eliminate the squeaking, and the concern is that it this will eventually cause the hinges to fail. This is clearly a design flaw and Frigidaire should really a fix (recall / on-site repair) for it, especially considering that this is not a cheap unit.\r\nIts a shame because otherwise it is such a great fridge especially if limited to counter depth. It looks great and is otherwise smartly designed. I have had people comment on how nice it is - but I tell them I can't recommend because of this issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently replace our GE Profile side by side refrigerator with this Frigidaire model and are very happy. The ice/water machine works great (I like the small sized ice cubes!), and there is some nice flexibility in how you arrange things in the fridge. There's a small shelf that folds up for storage of tall items or down if you need more horizontal space. One of the containers in the fridge door slides to make it smaller to accommodate gallons of milk. The storage in the freezer might be a little less space than we had in our old freezer, but we were okay with that. I love the fact that the bottom left can be fridge or freezer - complete with a wine rack (which is fine if you use it as a freezer). The drawers in the freezer slide nicely. I was also happy to find that it is a little more shallow than many other refrigerators, making it stick out from the cabinets less. It was slightly taller than our other fridge, so we did need to cut down the cabinets 1/8", but my husband is handy and you'd never notice. Great fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did not go into fridge shopping knowing about the quad door design. But when we saw it, it made sense for what we wanted. We really like the 60/40 split door. It makes it easier to reach in without getting obstructed by the door bins, at least on the larger side. The minimized ice maker is nice in that it doesn't take up a ton of inside space. The fridge/freezer combo area is a nice feature that you can flip flop depending on need. The pull out freezer drawers were better than the ice chest for organisation. We also have a deep freeze in the basement so we didn't need a ton of freezer space. The limited shelf adjustments (space between) is limited, and some of the door bins are small/shallow and not many things fit in there. But the counter depth is perfect and the no handle look is super clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new refrigerator. I I wanted a French door refrigerator for quite a while and I couldn’t be happier that I got it. I wasn’t sure 22 feet would be large enough as I tend to overstock a bit, but I have plenty of room. \r\nMy favorite feature is the middle drawer, which can be used as either a refrigerator drawer or a freezer drawer. I’ve been using it to put my most frequently pulled from the freezer items so I don’t have to bend as low to dig in the bottom drawers of the freezer and that’s working out perfectly for me. It took a little bit of time to get the freezer fully primed, I would say a few days, but it’s working great and I hope it continues! Even on sale honestly it was a little bit more than I anticipated spending on a refrigerator so in my case, I was able to purchase a scratch and dent from a local retailer, and that fit more into my budget. So far, very very happy! 😊

However, the layout is wonderful and LOVE the setup of the freezer. With young kids, the giant drawer freezers were out of the question as they are too hard to open. But this option is fantastic and allows for organized access to all freezer items with shelves that slide out. Also love that the water/ice maker doesn't take up a ton of space inside the fridge. Two items for improvement: 1.) the "snack drawers" at the bottom of the fridge are generally useless. You can barely put anything in there aside from string cheese or yogurt tubes. 2.) The bins on the doors are a bit smaller than other fridges, especially on the side with the water as well as the freezer doors. If you have a lot of tall containers or wide items, this could be challenging. Otherwise it is a great fridge!

We liked our first Fridgidaire Gallery so much that we have now purchased a second one for our vacation property. Overall we are pleased, it runs quietly and has plenty of storage features for all our needs. The clean front with the internal water and ice maker is a nice change. The ice maker is sufficient but we do not have a way of shutting it off if needed. We did research and called the support line for clarification and we were told on this model there is suppose to be a power button on the front of the actual ice maker in the freezer. Ours does not have this feature. The fridge was manufactured in March of 2026, so now we are left to wonder if we have an updated version of the ice maker and the corresponding manual has not been revised.

I like the design with 4 doors on the fridge and appreciate them putting the water and ice access on the outside. The inside of the fridge is nice and spacious. The only thing I wish would be different would be the the mouth area of ice dispenser on the front of the fridge where the ice comes out should come out a bit. That way when you are getting ice, you can put the cup a bit over the mouth so ice doesn't fly out while you are getting ice. I tried putting my cup as close to the top as possible but there is always a piece of ice that would fly out to the floor.

It is tall and shallow making it easy to get large glasses and even pitchers filled. It has 2 kinds of ice. The freezer is super easy to organize with the multiple dividers and top pull out shelf. I wasn’t looking for a flex drawer, but it’s been surprisingly useful and easy to change temperatures in a flash. While it is over all (refrigeration and freezer) smaller than my last one it actually holds more because of the way it’s set up. It’s so organized. I opted to leave the butter dish out fans use another fully extendable shelf. I also love how the crisper drawers can be drawers or flipped as bins. I use one each way.

It runs quite and the draws are easy too remove and clean. The middle drawer is useful and allows us to organize the food items. The overtake process small cubes which is just the right size for us.. The crushed ice is irregular in size and was not what we expected. Back in the day crushed ice was really crushed. We haven’t looked at how to replace the water filter as yet and not sure which impurities it removes. The documentation provided was minimal but I after registering the fridge an online manual was made available. The fridge looks great and has many useful features and so far we have had no issues..

Interior is a bit smaller than I expected so all the things from my old fridge doesn’t quite fit. Which just means I need to scale down my grocery list. The fridge went into sabbath mode and I had no idea what was going on. Just suddenly some features were not working. I thought I had bought a dud, and the manual didn’t clarify the 56 code which after googling it I found the 56 was actually SB for sabbath. Luckily a quick YouTube video helped me fix the “non-problem” and I love the fridge again.

After having it for about a month, I’m happy to say I absolutely love it!\n\nSome reviews mentioned that the fridge can be noisy, but I honestly find it to be a fairly quiet refrigerator. It fits everything we need really well, and the flex drawer has been especially useful and is one of my favorite features.\n\nMy only drawback is that the water dispenser can be a little slow, especially when filling up a reusable water bottle. This is a really beautiful and spacious refrigerator. The delivery and installation was seamless. It looks fantastic in our kitchen. We love having the two bottom pull out drawers one for the freezer and one for bottle or can drinks. I like having the top part the refrigerator with the French doors that open up nice and wide. And it looks really good in our kitchen. The only little complaint I have is that every now and then it kind of makes a moaning noise which I think may be when it's filling the ice tray or something. My husband I can't figure it out. Lol. But if it gets really annoying I'll just call and find out what's going on. But I highly recommend it.

I looked at this Gallery Four Door and found it had everything that I was looking for. Deep shelves, pull out shelving in the freezer, option to use one of the freezer doors and make it a deli fridge. Temperature in freezer is at zero and the doors have addition space. The four doors close securely. Fingerprint free and stainless steel is a nice finish. Water filter and ice make has a large space for oversized cups. I meal prep and this refrigerator has room for my containers without crowding. Truly happy I purchased.

I love the in between drawer that can be set for chilled or frozen options. That is such a cool feature. With having kiddos, I appreciate that the door will beep after a few mins if it gets left open or not shut all the way. We've enjoyed the freezer space. It's easily accessible and I can find what I'm looking for quickly. The freezer also has a slide out drawer for extra storage which We've found useful. I don't have any complaints. It's everything I wanted!

Bought about 3 weeks ago. So far loving the fridge. A couple of quick notes. It does not come with an egg holder or an ice scoop. The water/ice maker could maybe be a little quieter, not a deal breaker by any means. Produce drawers arr great but still trying to figure out if one is supposed to be for vegetables andnone for fruit. They are not labeled, so I am using them the way I think they should be used. Even a pic on the drawer front would be beneficial Bith drawers do a decent job of keeping food fresh and crisp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s only been a week, but so far I really like this refrigerator - especially the flexible middle drawer that I use as a freezer, and the water dispenser in the side of the door.\r\nThe only things I don’t like are the concave space on top (I like to jeep things on top so need to be careful where I set things) and the ridiculously small drawer about an inch high.\r\nIt seems quiet except when filling ice maker which is very slow but adequate for a few people.

I really like this refrigerator overall. The design is clean and modern, and the interior is very spacious and well laid out. I appreciate the simplicity—it looks great and is easy to use without feeling overcomplicated.\nThe only drawbacks for me are the ice maker and water dispenser. I use a lot of ice, and the ice container is a bit small, so it needs to be refilled often.
