An all-in-one that does it all without the bankrupting cost of replacing ink cartridges every few weeks! I do wish that some of the operations were a bit less convoluted to use (2-sided printing), but overall, this is an awesome all-in-one, with tons of ink! The print quality is great, complete with bleeds. I was a bit apprehensive when it came time to fill the ink tanks, but as each colour will only lock into it's own respective tank and will not dispense any ink until locked in, filling the tanks was as simple as could be! Have I mentioned, TONS OF INK? I am a bit disappointed by the size of the dialog screen on the front panel. Granted, there's not a lot of real estate available there to begin with, but c'mon Epson, you could have, at the very least, doubled the size of this screen and still fit it onto the panel without any problem. An automatic document feeder would've be a really nice feature to have on this unit, but I get it, with this price point, you can't have it all. Close though! \r\nSet up was easy and the quick reference card included was very easy to follow and I was up and printing in no time at all. I initially set it up to print via USB (note to Epson: INCLUDE a cable! The cost to you is negligible, and you would make everyone who buys this unit extremely happy!), luckily I had a cable handy and printed off a number of things quickly and without issue. After a few weeks, I decided to switch over to printing via WiFi, and the only downside to this was having to uninstall the unit and then go through the entire setup process over again, but choosing to printing wirelessly this time around. Again, c'mon Epson, you could certainly streamline this operation. It really should be a very simple click of a button to switch between the two. After all, we all know how fickle WiFi can be sometimes. Other than these few minor issues, this is by far, the best printer that I have ever owned and would highly recommend this unit to anyone getting into the mega-tank device arena for the first time. A great little all-in-one for a very reasonable price, especially considering that it does come complete with a full set of full-sized ink bottles! That one really gets great praise from this user! No tiny "starter" bottles here. These will fill the tanks completely right from start! Way to go Epson!

I love everything about the new EcoTank ET-2760 printer. I had the best experience from opening the printer package, through the setup of the printer, and finally getting to see what the printer is capable of when in use.\r\n Upon opening the box the printer arrived in, I found the instructions on top. The instructions are very detailed and made the whole process of unpacking, setting up, and using the printer very easy. I have never had instructions so easy to read and follow and actually be correct. This was a big plus.\r\n All the equipment was packaged very well, including the bottles of ink which are vacuumed sealed in individual packages just in case of leaks I assume. Upon setup I had a great experience with putting the ink inside the compartments labeled. I found it really neat how the bottles pour into their own individual areas and you can see it fill on the front of the area. I had gotten a little confused when I noticed not all of the ink had emptied out of each bottle, but later on realized it would be used.\r\n The longest part of the setup was during the ink charge which took around a 10 minute wait. I then finished using the rest of the ink that was leftover. The printer does an alignment that really allows you to be a big part of the process choosing the best choices and manually entering it which I also loved. I never really understood too much about the alignment process with other printers doing it by a scanning process.\r\n The printer does so many different things and is very compact to be able to put anywhere. My favorite thing is how it prints two sided pages when set and does not require you to feed the page back in. I've only found this with large business like printers. Another really cool thing is you can pair this printer to be voice activated through Alexa. How awesome is that?\r\n The printer does a wonderful job with both pictures and just word documents. I love how the ink is cartridge free, has tons more ink available and costs as much as a regular cartridge would, saving me lots of money for my printing needs. I would recommend this printer to anyone at home or in a small business to definitely get one. It is the best choice I have seen out there. Bought this for home office to replace 12yo Epson AIO that was showing its age when printing color and photos. Set up via the desktop PC was relatively easy using the included CD and 1-sheet paper installation guide (no paper manual, need to use Internet for that). Although the ET4800 printed great photos and filling the ink tanks was super easy, it had major flaws in a couple of areas. (1) Even though it can print on both sides of the paper, it is done MANUALLY, NOT AUTOMATICALLY. Very frustrating and inconvenient to have to flip the paper over. (2) Paper is loaded in the back, not from a front tray. Paper is therefore exposed to dust, etc. (3) The info panel screen is really small and at times hard to read. (4) My laptop recognizes the new printer via WiFi, was able to easily add it to the laptop, but was unable to automatically print. May need to download the drivers to the laptop? Didn't do this as knew it would be returned due to issues 1,2,3. Document feeder worked good, but didn't use enough to fully give a review on that feature. Did not use the scan nor fax functions. This would have been a keeper if it automatically printed on both sides of the paper.

The 2760 product prints really well, has a very low cost-per-print, and prints full bleed on a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper, which are all things I was looking for. Yay. But...\r\n\r\nThe print dialog options could not be more confusing. Between Apple (I'm on a Mac), Adobe (I print from InDesign), and Epson, I can't believe how convoluted the myriad places where printing settings or set. It's like 30 years of experience has fixed nothing for streamlined print settings. Hey you guys, just put all the settings in one, simple, dialog box please! I also bought this printer for two-sided printing but with all the whacko places you have to choose how to do that, I still haven't been able to get it to auto print on two sides of the sheet. I have sit there like a monkey and manually feed the sheet one side at a time. \r\n\r\nOne thing I did find a bit unsettling, is an actual typo on the tiny little LCD screen on the printer, which reads "Rear Paper Feed to star printing." Really?\r\n\r\nThe full bleed, the low costs to operate, and the quality of printing are enough to offset the downsides of this printer, but I really wish in 2019 we could have a whole lot simpler settings dialogs.

"The printer is still new and I'm exploring the printer's features. Two things that bring the score down vs my prior ALL-IN-ONE Brother printer (which was under $**** about 3 years ago): 1. This Epson is a lot slower than my Brother Printer and 2. unexpectedly it takes up a lot more space than my prior Brother all-in-one. I say ""unexpected space"" because the Epson's shape illustrated on-line and in stores looks similar to my Brother printer... it seemed compact and neat. But when i unpacked the Epson I learned I had to load the paper on the back-- piggyback-- which stands up like a headdress behind the printer AND around front( in order to keep the path clear for the printouts) I need to have 5"" of tray jutting out of the front compartment (like a **** sticking out of the machine. I had been expecting free space on my desk . Instead I have a a printer with wings that is less than neat. It's cumbersome."

Epson has long been a staple in my home. This particular printer is lightweight and compact, it's small footprint design doesn't take up much space at all. The initial setup and WiFi connection was easy and painless, I was printing in just a matter of minutes. The print quality is excellent, the printed ink dries quickly and doesn't smear. Really appreciate the EcoTank technology, EcoTanks rely on ink bottles and a refillable ink tank system and offer a much higher page yield compared to regular ink cartridges, which minimizes the frequency for refills and results in an extremely low cost per page.\r\n\r\nEpson went all out with the white color on this model, it's is a nice change-up from the typical black we're used to seeing. Unfortunately there is no paper tray, it utilizes an old-school rear paper feed, however I didn't find this to be a big issue, although potential dust could be a concern. \r\n\r\nThe Epson ET-4800 has a sheet-fed scanner with an automatic document feeder, so you can scan or copy multiple pages at once, also has an integrated fax feature. Sadly it lacks support for any sort of flash memory, but the mobile printing capabilities surely makes up for this. Print speed is satisfactory, not the fastest printer in town but it's certainly been adequate for my needs.\r\n\r\nOverall, the Epson ET-4800 has very good print quality, relatively quick print speed and the low cost-per-print make this a worthwhile investment. In terms of ink efficiency, you really can't go wrong with any Ecotank. If you're looking for a compact printer with a full set of features, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Epson ET-4800 to anyone.\r\n\r\nThis is a review for the Epson EcoTank ET-4800 Wireless Supertank Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

I've had many printers before and I've been very enlightened by the result and excellent quality that this printer has provided me on a daily basis. I work with plenty of photos and documents which I need to print daily. The ink dries quickly and doesn't smear once it's finished and how quickly each page comes through the printer is quite remarkable! \r\n\r\nI've had many do the job that this could, but I do notice so much improvement and upgrade when it comes to the speed, the ease of use, and the quality of the photos that print. The ink levels being easy to read and able to fill by a bottle is so much nicer than cartridges. I don't feel I use as much as I would with my older printers.\r\n\r\nFor the many things that this printer can do for me, well it's awesome! I'm especially enjoying the ability to print from my phone, as I'd always prefer when I can't be near my printer or print from my computer. It makes things easier to have the two connected, computer and mobile phone to the printer. Either device has it coming out exactly as seen in the preview before printing, which means fewer reprints I have to make and more done correctly on the first try.\r\n\r\nFinally, I like to mention that this printer is very nicely designed, and has only helped me do more easily and fewer mistakes. The quality is excellent, not only in the results but the device itself is well made. Great printer, economical ink and no cartridges! \nBUT. be ready to spend time connecting to your WiFi. \nTips:\n1. Have a 3-prong outlet close to your router. \n2. Printer MUST be within a couple of feet from the printer during setup. No objects in between. I had a chair in the middle and finally thought about moving the chair, and then connection happened! You will get a “wrong password” message until the space is clear. \n3. Download the app on your smartphone, tablet, and laptop. Be near the printer like right next to it, when you do this. \n4. Once you have the printer set up and on your WiFi, you should be able to print from anywhere in the house.

I really wanted to love this printer because the print quality is great and the setup was easy. It worked well at first, but I've had it less than 30 days and I'm already having issues with the rear paper tray.\n\nThis model only feeds from the rear tray, and now it keeps saying the tray is empty even when paper is loaded correctly. I've tried multiple types and sizes of paper, checked the settings, and still can't get it to feed consistently.\n\nAs a small business owner, reliability is extremely important, and having a paper feed issue this soon is disappointing. The printer itself is easy to use and produces nice prints, but I can't recommend a printer that stops feeding paper within the first month of ownership. Unfortunately, I'll likely be returning it.\n\nPros: Easy setup, user-friendly software, great print quality.\nCons: Rear tray feed issues, no cassette tray option, reliability concerns after less than 30 days.

So our old home office printer started burning up the ink cartridges super fast so they were not lasting but maybe 6 to 10 week and we rarely print anything they is more then 4 pages front and back. The printer auto out and in page catcher also stopped working also I took it for repair was out of warranty and repair was estimated close to cost of a new one-so it was time to replace it. We choose this one due to cost and availability and so reviews cause we needed something quick. It also appeared it met all our needs, the size is great a lot of the features are perfect. However it only will double print manually which takes some getting used to so you don't mess up what you are printing. We do alot of double side printing so this is the only issue we have other then that it's great the paper tray where it is loaded could also be wider so it cause curl the 2 corners that aren't supported.

So far, so good. I had no issues installing the product, albeit printer, app on the phone, or the computer. The only thing I find suspect is the ADF lid...it doesn't close smoothly. Initially, the first paper through the ADF JAMMED. It wasn't a physical jam, the aforementioned ADF cover wasn't completely close, and the driving gears didn't mesh. After playing with the cover, it started working normally. It properly grabbed the first sheet, and the re-tard pad held the others back. Only time will tell .

I recently upgraded from the Epson EcoTank ET-2450 to the Epson EcoTank ET-4810, and the difference has honestly been impressive. I loved my ET-2450 and it served me well for years, but the ET-4810 feels like a true step up for a home office or small business setup.\n\nThe biggest improvement for me is the added functionality. Having print, scan, copy, and fax all in one machine — plus the automatic document feeder — has made everyday tasks so much faster and easier. The print quality is crisp, colors are vibrant, and documents print quickly without constantly sounding like the printer is struggling to keep up.\n\nOne of the main reasons I stay loyal to the EcoTank line is the ink savings, and the ET-4810 continues to deliver on that. The refillable tanks last forever compared to traditional cartridges, and I appreciate not having to constantly replace expensive ink. Epson's EcoTank system is genuinely one of the best investments if you print regularly. This printer is hard to set up but once its is seems to print well. First time to use ink we have to refill so not sure about that step yet. It replaced our hp printer which didnt seem to want to talk to our computer. Not sure why that happened. We have had it for 2 weeks and other than using more ink than expected doing o.k. Watch out on the set up. Some said it was easy and it took my husband 3 hours and he's used to setting up printers and computers.

I like the printer now that I have it all set up. But the instructions for how to load the software were not correct. I had to call Epson support several times and I am not a luddite! Epson should redo those directions. Also, this is replacing a HP printer and it's a bit bigger than the old one, so it takes up a bit more room on my desk. But I like the fact that the ink should last for longer than the cartridges used on my previous printer.

After three major disappointments with HP and 40 ,years of loyal support, I am switching all of our printer needs to Epson. They are more customer-friendly and their Customer Support is far above what HP's has become. Ease of use, ink costs and customer support are ALL reasons NEVER to consider HP again. As one example, HP forces you to buy their over-priced ink; if you don't, they shut down your printer without warning!!! (legal???)

I needed a new printer and liked the wireless function on this and self-explanatory setup. I did have one snag after two weeks of use, it was like it had never been set up by the computer or phone and nothing would print (but it showed in the printing queue). After turning it off and on several times, I had to uninstall the software and reinstall it and it started working again. But that was annoying. However, happy with it otherwise.

I was looking for the eco tank because I got to the point that every time I needed ink, I just bought a new printer because its more affordable. the ink seems to stay for a long time and you can actually see the levels. I recommend printing out something every couple of weeks to keep any printer from ink drying out. So far, so good. UI was a little bit to configure, but after 45 mins we are up and running.

I have had the printer about 3 weeks and am very happy with it so far... The ink tank system is very easy to fill so don't let that scare you away.... It's very easy to use and if you follow the instructions it would be extremely hard to spill any ink from the bottles in the filling process. I'd give it five stars but to early to tell how long the printer will last.... Hopefully a long time!

I love that the ink in the printer is very long lasting and inexpensive to replace. I have only used this for basic printing. It has many features that I have not explored. The quality of the print could be better, but it is fine for my purposes. I much prefer this to buying very expensive ink cartridge replacements and them running out quickly.

First of all, the delivery was quick and efficient. The machine itself was very, very easy to set up and fill with ink. The only thing I could say that may be negative for people who need dynamic color printing, this lacks that. However, for business purposes, I do a lot of printing of word documents and excel spreadsheets and it is wonderful!

We are purchasing this Printer/Scanner, Copier/FAX for a friend, since we have had this identical unit for a year and a half. Originally paying $239.99. In that year and a half we have never had to add more ink, never had a paper jam, and never had to clean the print heads.\n\nIn that time, our previous printers would have cost us $200 or more in ink as well as time cleaning print heads. As for printer jams, we have had excellent luck in that way, since our previous printer was and an Epson WorkForce.\n\nUpon receiving the printer we followed the printed instructions in the box: installed the ink %26 paper, put in our wireless password so it could be on the network (we could have just used a network cable, but wanted to have one less wire), installed the software on each of the computers that would be using the printer, followed the instructions to connect and we were off and printing, scanning %26 copying. Everything has been great since!\n\nI would STRONGLY recommend this printer for the standard home or basic home office. \n\nTHINGS TO NOTE: If you are planning to print lots of photographs or need a lot of things printed extremely fast, you may want to look at another option. The Photo printing is good, but not excellent and the speed is good but, not close to a laser printer or some of the higher speed printers.

I have owned printers since the 90's, I've owned 3 different models of Epson all in one. The model I'm currently replacing (WF 3620) has been an absolute jewel. But like all good things, it wears out and you get poor color quality. I like the ink tank feature, this is why I went with this model. Man have things changed in the last 11 yrs. \n\nThe Pro's - ink tank easy to fill, does create a nice crisp printing,\nYou pretty much need to set it up using the phone app, \n\nCon's - tiny screen, like 1.5"... you need glasses to read the darn sub settings. \nIt does NOT have a paper tray, the paper feeds from the rear like the old style did decades ago. \nIt does NOT has auto 2 sided printing. You can do it manually by returning the page to the rear feeder and you better have the page facing in the correct position. \nIt will not allow you to scam from the printer to the computer from the printer without using a printer cable. So if you want to scan something wireless, you need to do it via the computer or phone app.\nIt is very light in weight, but it also feels cheap, not solid like their older models. \nIt does NOT come with any software. You have to go to their site and search for the driver package.\n\nAfter 2 hrs, I was exhausted and disappointed in that a unit of this caliber lacked the basic features like auto double print and a paper tray or scanning from the printer to the desktop wirelessly. I ended up boxing it back up and will be returning it as its useless for my needs. How ever on a positive note I found the ET- 3843 to have all the features this model is lacking for the same price... And it comes with software, drivers , ect...

So far works nicely, but too soon to give a full review. Easy set up, connects to all my printing needs. The test print pages and my first page print on basic paper wasn't very impressive with color. Seemed very light on colors, but we shall see when I get into real printing.

Screen is too small, making it difficult to read. Other than that - set up was easy and the Epson downloadable apps for the phone or computer work easily and well for this printer. Very Good Value for this price point. Using printer for home and civic/church group activities.

I bought this hoping I can save on ink. We have another Epson and change cartridges at least 1-2 times a month and don't print all that much. We will have to use it for a few months to see if their claim is true or not. So far it has printed everything with good quality.

Top of the line for general use all in one printer. You can't go wrong with this product and it's easy to use and maintain. The price is well worth the investment and you be disappointed. Prints quality is exceptional. I haven't had any issues yet.
