Sturdy, good quality leather, seat cushions are removable for easy cleaning. The only thing that would push the score is softer cushions. However, the structure of the seat cushions that don't sink makes it easier to stand up. It feels like a firm mattress. We like the wood very much. I highly recommend it.

Looks nice. Reasonable price compared to other brands. The seat cushions come out when you get up from seating position. They need to be pushed back in place each time. Seems like Ashley could have spent a few more dollars to avoid that issue. Of course too early to know how it will wear over time.

I would highly recommend this sofa. Well made. Cushions are extremely firm and supportive. Seat length is perfect. I wanted a seat cushion that fit so my back reached the back of the sofa while sitting. I am not short, I am 5'7". Several friends have sofas with cushions with longer lengths that I found uncomfortable. I did not want to have to use a pillow to support my back, I wanted it to rest on the back of the sofa. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Part of my dissatisfaction is my fault for purchasing online without trying it in person. But there was no display available in my area and the couch looked similar to the one I was trying to replace…\nIt is AWFUL. I knew it wasn't quality leather when I purchased, but this leather looks really, really cheap. The back cushions look cushy but are very very hard. The seat depth is way too narrow to comfortably curl up. Instead, it is the kind of hard, unattractive couch one might find in a waiting room where people sit up stiff and straight. It is so bad that even my dogs hate it. Moreover, the cushions do not stay under the back cushions and slide out every time you get up.\nI have no doubt that the couch will not last long and will look even worse in a few months.

It's not very comfortable and the cushions keep sliding out. I waited for a few months for it and I'm really disappointed. I thought it would be more substantial and that it would be wider. It's stiff and not comfortable at all.

this is third one of these sofas I have bought in last ten years or so. This one has been downsized. Also everytime it is sat on the cushions slide outward a couple inches. Have to push them back in every time.

We have only had these couches for about a month, but for the price we are very pleased with the quality. All of the cushioning is firm and supportive, and we enjoy the depth of the seats as taller people.

This is a great value sofa with higher end fashion looks. It's comfortable and I've gotten many compliments. It is not in a room that is used daily. We have it in a equine arena viewing room.

Nicely made. The cushions will shift out of place after sitting. Will need to push them back in place going to add some Velcro to fix that. Looks good and nice size.

The sofa is darker than anticipated and sits uncomfortably stiff. If I'd first seen it and Sat on it, I wouldn't have purchased it.

Cushions keep always moving, the middle section seems to sink lower than sitting by the arms.. starting to squeak when I sit down.

I would be happy about it if you would have let me get 2 couches instead of a couch and a love seat. Does not feel like good quality

Really like this couch, a little stiff on the cushions, but think because of that they won’t get saggy, I love that the cushions are removable, but they do slide out and I solved that with velcro
