Absolutely happy with this sofa purchase! The sofa arrived on schedule and the delivery team was awesome. Love the color , style and this sofa is so comfy! The sofa was also very easy to move thru our normal house width door because all 3 of the back pieces are easily removed and then reattached so the base can be turned side ways to go thru the door. We are very happy with our sofa and whole delivery process/service. THANK YOU WAYFAIR!

We really are happy with the experience of shopping for this furniture. After receiving the free swatch we knew the color and material were what we were looking for. The sofa is comfortable and well made and we couldnt be happier with the delivery experience. Great guys who took great care in handling our sofa.

Beautiful lazy boy ,only thing wrong is the depth of the seat , very short, when you lay on it, you feel like youre going to roll off. So Im going to be returning it for something elseMore

I recently purchased Lazyboy recliners from Wayfair and it was quite a bad + stressful experience. I bought a sofa and a love seat together. \n\nThe recliners were damaged in the first delivery attempt. The drivers themselves were able to identify the issue and yet it was a very stressful journey of explaining & convincing it to the Wayfair customer service. Finally the recliners were replaced after several calls. \n\nThen came the next level of stress. I noticed several tears & rips when the replacement sofa was delivered that too, after a long wait time. One of the reclining seat of the sofa is titled towards an angle meaning it is not straight. \n\nFinally it was time to deliver the love seat and on the date of delivery I got a message that the replacement love seat has been processed for you. Totally confused with this message, I called customer service and they said the love seat was damaged during shipment and that a replacement has been processed. Another long wait time of 2+ weeks. \n\nThis survey is asking my feedback if I would recommend Wayfair to my friends or family; I would say I am myself is so terrified of buying anything from Wayfair anymore let alone recommend it. The amount that I paid doesn’t justify the service + product I received from Wayfair. Very very disappointed with this purchase and trying to absorb the shock that I got from it. It’s like spend money, time and energy and in return get excess stress + bad product.

Very nice!Looks and sits great, good in a smaller living space. I am 5'4" and good for me. If you are taller than 5'9" I would go with something for 5'10" and up.

Couch seems nice,but the seats are shallow and when reclined the chair is nowhere near long enough. At 5'2 I didn't expect my feet to hang off the end.

Great quality, good and smooth reclining function. The handrest is non-slippery and I love how this couch turns to be a great nap spot. The cushions are good, no neck or shoulder strains noticed so far (been using it for 8+ months now).

Wonderful product, well worth the extra money. I am 5'8" and my husband is 6 foot, we have no problems fitting on the couch. It is extremely comfortable for us, although my husband falls asleep all time in the recliner.

I thought this was an extremely uncomfortable sofa. Don’t know why it had so many good reviews. It is quite narrow and the pillows on the back and head hurt your neck after a while. We sent it back.

Sofa is small for larger people like my husband and I. We got the power sofa and one of the reclining mechanisms gets stuck sometimes. I would not have purchased this sofa if I had seen it in person before hand. But we shall see how long it last.
