I have this living room set. Cushions slide out but was an easy fix with large velcro. I have 2 great pyranese dogs that love to sleep on sofa. They are easy to clean. I use human soap and water. Really comfortable. We are big people we've had for over a year and no signs of wear.

Love this sofa and oversized chairs. They are super comfortable. They are much larger than I had remembered when at the store but they fit our living room well. Very happy with the purchase and know these will last me as long as my other sofa and chairs did. Highly recommend!

We have had our new Carianna leather sofa, oversized chair & ottoman for 2 weeks. Couldn't be any happier with our purchase. Besides the looks it is also comfortable. The farmhouse style coffee table and end table that i bought with it just made it picture perfect.

Love the sofa, oversized chair and ottoman. Can't beat the price. Only thing I don't like is the way some of the sides and backs are constructed. The material is not leather and some of the areas show wrinkles in the material.

Feels cushiony but firm. The set really accentuates my living room. The only issue is have is the cushions slide forward as you sit on them; always have to push them back into place. Perhaps some velcro attached to the cushions would help.

Super comfortable and great quality even the pillows are not your usual flimsy pillows. They are stuffed right and made Right. The leather on the sofa is also awesomely designed and it feels expensive worth every penny!!

We love the sofa and the love seat. Just what we wanted. The only thing is our last Ashley sofa had Velcro under the seats to keep them from sliding. It would really make a difference if these had the same.

The Carianna living room set is so pretty. It is seemingly high quality and well-made. At first, it was a bit stiff to sit on. Now, it is soft and comfortable. We are very pleased with our purchase.

its a great sofa.the rounded arms and steel studs match the 2 really old arm chairs i have( colour slightly different).worth the long wait, but i knew it was a special production for leather sofas.

The Carianna sofa and loveseat are both beautiful and comfortable; however, I had to buy Velcro to keep the seat cushions from sliding forward.

Excellent couch, very comfortable, roomy, only negative is that cushions slide and need to be pushed back in after sitting

Love this leather couch. The leather is smooth. Therefore the cushions slip a little but all on all its a nice and good quality beautiful sofa.

This couch is really nice. It's sturdy and firm. The couch measures 90” and not 101” as noted on website.

I recently received my new sofa on Friday the 14th, and while it is undeniably beautiful to look at, I'm disappointed by several issues. \n\nFirst, the leather material is problematic. My skin sticks to it every time I make contact, making it very uncomfortable to sit on. To mitigate this, I've had to cover the leather with blankets, which diminishes the aesthetic appeal.\n\nInterestingly, I didn't experience this issue when I sat on the same model in the store multiple times. This discrepancy is quite puzzling and frustrating.\n\nAdditionally, the size of the sofa is smaller than I anticipated. My cat and I used to comfortably share the couch, but on this new one, there's not enough space for both of us to lay together.\n\nOverall, while the sofa is visually appealing, these practical issues overshadow its beauty. Sad part is, once delivered and having paid so much for the sofa, I am stuck with it. Should have went to Gallery where they will let you return it if it doesn't work in your home.

Had to call to have a service person to come and check cushion on oversized chair that sinks in on left side, there was some material hanging on the bottom of chair which they stapled while here. Couch is ok but I feel there isn't enough paddingon the arms of couch and the back coushion inserts don't quite fill back cushions. I do like the overall look of couch and chair. The chair is more comfortable than couch.

I purchased sofa and loveseat. The furniture is nice but the color is much darker than the one on the showroom floor and website. Its suppose to be caramel but its actually a deep brown color. I'm not very happy about that. I will have to change all my accessories. That's disappointing.

Very impressive looking piece. Unfortunately, it is rather uncomfortable. The mattress is thin and flimsy and when you sit on the sofa it feels like you're at an incline sliding off the seat. I see this more as a decorative piece than a lounge piece. Wish I had tried it before hand.

I bought the chair and ottoman, and I love it too, no advice call, but I’m hoping to let the other guy know the if you look under it there is a zipper and the feet are in there
